AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your”) and Escape the Clinic, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and Steadfast Life, an assumed name under which Escape the Clinic, LLC conducts certain business activities, and regarding your use of our website, products, services, programs, courses, coaching, consulting, digital downloads, memberships, and related content (collectively, the “Services”).
We operate websites, online platforms, educational programs, digital products, coaching services, and other products and services associated with Escape the Clinic, as well as the website and services associated with Steadfast Life (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, purchasing a product or service, submitting an intake, or otherwise interacting with the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Terms.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
Supplemental terms, policies, disclosures, consents, notices, or other documents may apply to particular Services and are incorporated into these Legal Terms by reference where applicable.
We reserve the right to modify these Legal Terms from time to time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after revised Legal Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those revised terms.
The Services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
1. OUR SERVICES.
Escape the Clinic provides educational resources, digital products, coaching, courses, and other informational services.
Through the Steadfast Life brand, the Services may also facilitate access to telehealth-related services, including technology, administrative support, health intake processes, connections with licensed healthcare providers, and, when prescribed by an appropriately licensed healthcare provider, access to prescription products fulfilled by third-party pharmacies.
Escape the Clinic, LLC and Steadfast Life do not guarantee that any particular treatment, medication, peptide, GLP-1 medication, or other prescription product will be prescribed to you.
Eligibility for prescription treatment is determined by an appropriately licensed healthcare provider based upon the provider's independent professional judgment and applicable law.
Services, products, providers, pharmacies, pricing, and availability may vary by location and may change without notice.
The information provided through the Services is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing contained in the Services constitutes medical, legal, tax, financial, business, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. The Services are not intended to comply with industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA, FISMA, or GLBA.
2. STEADFAST LIFE AND HEALTHCARE SERVICES
Independent Healthcare Providers
Healthcare services accessible through Steadfast Life may be provided by independently licensed healthcare professionals and/or affiliated or third-party medical organizations.
Healthcare providers exercise independent medical judgment. Escape the Clinic, LLC and Steadfast Life do not direct or control a healthcare provider's diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescribing decisions, or other clinical decisions.
Submitting an intake form, paying for a Service, selecting a product, or requesting a particular medication does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
A provider may determine that:
a requested treatment is inappropriate for you;
additional information is necessary;
additional evaluation or testing is required;
another treatment is more appropriate;
treatment should be modified or discontinued; or
you should seek in-person medical care.
You agree to provide complete, truthful, current, and accurate information to healthcare providers.
No Guaranteed Provider-Patient Relationship With Escape the Clinic, LLC
Your use of the Steadfast Life website or administrative Services does not itself establish a provider-patient relationship between you and Escape the Clinic, LLC or Steadfast Life.
A provider-patient relationship, where applicable, exists between you and the healthcare professional or medical practice providing your clinical care and is subject to the provider's separate notices, consents, policies, and terms.
Not Emergency Care
THE SERVICES ARE NOT INTENDED FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES.
Do not use the Services to seek emergency medical care.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate care from an appropriate emergency medical facility.
3. PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS AND COMPOUNDED PRODUCTS
Certain prescription medications or other products accessible through Steadfast Life may be compounded medications.
Compounded medications are prepared for individual patients pursuant to applicable federal and state requirements. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved in the same manner as commercially manufactured FDA-approved drugs, and the FDA does not evaluate compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality before they are marketed in the same way it evaluates FDA-approved drug products.
A licensed healthcare provider is responsible for determining whether a particular prescription treatment is medically appropriate for you.
Medication availability, formulation, concentration, ingredients, pharmacy source, and pricing may change based upon clinical considerations, applicable law, regulatory developments, pharmacy availability, and other factors outside our control.
Nothing on the Services constitutes a promise that any particular medication, peptide, formulation, ingredient, dose, or compounded product will remain available.
4. THIRD-PARTY PHARMACIES AND FULFILLMENT
Prescription medications may be dispensed and shipped by independent third-party pharmacies.
The dispensing pharmacy is responsible for pharmacy-related activities within its professional and legal responsibilities, including preparing, dispensing, labeling, and shipping prescription products.
Escape the Clinic, LLC and Steadfast Life do not manufacture prescription medications.
Estimated processing, fulfillment, or delivery timelines displayed on the Services are estimates only and are not guarantees.
Delays may occur because of provider review, prescription clarification, pharmacy processing, medication availability, weather, carrier delays, holidays, regulatory requirements, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for promptly retrieving and appropriately storing medications after delivery.
Where medication requires specific storage or handling, you agree to follow instructions supplied by your healthcare provider and/or dispensing pharmacy.
5. MEDICAL AND HEALTH INFORMATION
Educational content available through Steadfast Life, Escape the Clinic, our websites, social media accounts, emails, podcasts, videos, downloads, guides, quizzes, or other content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
Educational content is not intended to:
diagnose a disease or medical condition;
replace individualized medical advice;
establish a provider-patient relationship;
recommend a particular prescription treatment for you; or
substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
Any descriptions of potential benefits, uses, research findings, patient experiences, or treatment outcomes are informational only.
Your individual results may differ.
6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
We do not guarantee any particular health, wellness, cosmetic, weight-loss, body-composition, longevity, recovery, performance, financial, business, educational, or other result from use of the Services.
Results vary substantially between individuals.
Factors affecting outcomes may include medical history, genetics, age, lifestyle, nutrition, physical activity, adherence, concurrent medications, treatment duration, dosage, individual response, and other circumstances.
Testimonials, reviews, examples, case studies, before-and-after information, or descriptions of individual experiences represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
7. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
you are legally capable of agreeing to these Legal Terms;
you are at least 18 years old;
all information you provide is accurate, truthful, current, and complete;
you will promptly update information when necessary;
you will not impersonate another individual;
you will not use the Services for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose; and
your use of the Services will comply with applicable law.
For health-related Services, you additionally agree to provide accurate information regarding your health history, medications, allergies, symptoms, pregnancy status when applicable, and other information requested by your healthcare provider.
Failure to provide complete and accurate health information may create serious health risks.
8. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
All products and Services are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify, replace, suspend, discontinue, or limit products or Services at any time, subject to applicable law.
Descriptions, images, pricing, availability, estimated timelines, and other information may occasionally contain errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct such information.
Prescription products are additionally subject to provider approval, pharmacy availability, and applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
9. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, contact, and account information for all purchases.
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
You authorize us and/or our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for amounts associated with your purchase.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, provider fees, pharmacy fees, or other charges may apply where disclosed during checkout.
Prices may change at any time.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse, limit, or cancel orders when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
Payment for or purchase of a health-related Service does not guarantee that a healthcare provider will prescribe a requested medication.
10. REFUNDS, PRESCRIPTION APPROVAL, AND CANCELLATIONS
Except where otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law, purchases of Escape the Clinic digital products, educational materials, coaching, and similar Services are final. Due to the digital nature of Escape the Clinic, LLC products, programs, services, and educational materials: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, chargebacks, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will be provided unless otherwise required by law. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
For Steadfast Life Services, refund eligibility may depend upon the status of provider review, prescription processing, pharmacy fulfillment, and other services already rendered.
If a healthcare provider determines that you are not medically eligible for a requested prescription treatment, any refund or fee treatment will be handled according to the refund or non-approval policy disclosed to you during the applicable purchase or intake process.
Once a prescription has been transmitted to or processed by a pharmacy, or a medication has been compounded, prepared, dispensed, or shipped, the transaction may be non-refundable except where required by law or expressly provided by the applicable pharmacy or Service policy.
Shipping delays alone do not automatically create a right to a refund.
Any specific refund, cancellation, or replacement policy displayed during checkout or associated with a particular Service is incorporated into these Legal Terms.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, Escape the Clinic, LLC owns or licenses the intellectual property contained within the Services, including websites, written materials, videos, courses, downloads, graphics, photographs, logos, trademarks, service marks, databases, software, designs, and other content ("Content").
The Content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Legal Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access Content you have lawfully purchased or been granted access to solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, publish, copy, share, teach, commercially exploit, modify, or create derivative products from our Content without our prior written permission.

attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems; or
otherwise use the Services in violation of applicable law.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Services.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Services may rely upon or connect you with third parties, including healthcare providers, medical practices, pharmacies, laboratories, payment processors, technology platforms, shipping carriers, email providers, and other service providers.
We accept payment through authorized third-party payment processors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information for all purchases. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
Certain third parties may maintain their own terms, privacy notices, informed-consent documents, or other policies.
Where applicable, your relationship with those third parties may be governed by separate agreements between you and the third party.
We are not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third parties except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. PRIVACY AND HEALTH INFORMATION
We care about the privacy and security of information provided through the Services.
Your use of the Services is subject to our applicable Privacy Policy or Privacy Notice.
Certain health information submitted in connection with clinical care may also be governed by privacy notices and policies provided by the healthcare provider, medical practice, telehealth platform, pharmacy, or other regulated entity responsible for that information.
Because different entities may perform different functions in connection with the Services, privacy obligations applicable to one entity may differ from those applicable to another.
Please review all privacy notices and healthcare privacy disclosures presented to you during the intake and treatment process.
15. COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications reasonably necessary to provide the Services, including account notices, order information, provider or pharmacy-related notifications, administrative communications, and other transactional communications.

You consent to receiving agreements, notices, disclosures, records, and other communications electronically where permitted by law.
You agree to the use of electronic signatures, electronic contracts, electronic consents, electronic orders, and electronic records.
17. TERM AND TERMINATION
These Legal Terms remain effective while you use the Services.
We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend or terminate your access to some or all Services if you violate these Legal Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct, misuse the Services, threaten the security or operation of the Services, or engage in unlawful activity.
Termination of access to administrative Services does not alter any professional obligations independently owed to you by a healthcare provider under applicable law.
18. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time, subject to applicable law.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Technology outages, maintenance, pharmacy availability, provider availability, regulatory changes, supply issues, carrier delays, and other circumstances may interrupt or modify the Services.
We are not liable for interruptions or delays outside our reasonable control to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Except where prohibited by law, we disclaim warranties, express or implied, relating to the non-clinical Services, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Legal Terms is intended to disclaim or limit duties that a licensed healthcare professional owes to a patient and that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
We make no guarantee concerning:
your eligibility for treatment;
